Mastering Light & Creative Seeing for Outdoor Photographers (June 3 - 7, 2013) - Seeing creatively is what elevates and defines you as a photographer and takes you beyond technical competency. In this outdoor and landscape based workshop we learn to pre-visualize, design,and compose outdoor images that convey emotion or a strong sense of place, that are colorful, tonally balanced and beautifully lit. Our time will be divided into classroom lecture, field shooting and critique. Learn to consistently create dramatic outdoor and landscape images you'll want to include in your portfolio.

Speedlights, Camera, Action | Adventure Lighting Workshop (August 2 - 4, 2013) - With today’s highly capable speedlights (synonymous with strobe and flash), high impact and studio quality lighting is possible even in remote locations. Learn how to use portable speedlights and light modifiers to control light and add impact to your location photography. Our time will be divided into classroom instruction, field demonstrations, hands-on shoot sessions with models, and image critique. Make your flash your friend!
